Q: Will my vehicle fit through the wash?
A: We can wash most vehicles with these few exceptions:
--Vehicles with dual tires.
--Vehicles with less than 6 inches of ground clearance.
--Vehicles with ladder racks, bike racks, snowplows, or wheelchair racks.
--Vehicles over 7ft tall
--Vehicles with tires wider than 13 inches. (Express Location)
Q: Do you clean the inside of vehicles?
A: Unfortunately we are not a Full Serve Carwash. At the Express Wash our goal is different. We all know that our world is more fast paced than ever, and we are all short on time. For that reason we deliver the best possible wash in the shortest time possible.
Q: Are you open during extremely cold weather?
A: In most cases yes. We rarely close because our facilities are heated and we have heated pads at the entrance and exit of the tunnel. This allows us to wash in the cold, and also to keep things safe for employees and customers.
Q: Why don't you towel dry the vehicle?
A: The safety of your vehicle is the number one reason. We use high powered, oscilating air dryers that create a 150mph wind for the best blow dry possible. By using air dryers, there is no chance of putting surface scratchs in the clearcoat of your paint. Also, by using air dryers we ensure the same dry for each vehicle every time.
Q: Do I get the same quality when you are really busy?
A: Absolutely. One of the major advantages of using our facilities is that you are ensured the same high quality wash each and every time.
